The moment we stepped inside, we were struck by the immaculate condition and delightful decor of the place. 「It was cold early April. At night around 29 degrees, but up to 65 in the sunny afternoon. We were two couples and a dad with an 11 year old, which was an awkward fit for the space. The 11 year old was very happy with the small porch room with the day bed. The 56 year old dad tolerated the small upstairs room that was the gateway to the huge attic bedroom, where I and my partner slept. 「We booked this for the solar eclipse of 2024. The house was perfect! We had the best of both worlds, lake view but close enough to the hustle and bustle of downtown Erie. Plenty of room for our group that we went with. Inside was up to date and the backyard was amazing! It was clean and well stocked, maybe adding a few more drinking glasses would be a good addition. We would definitely recommend this house on Lake Erie, and will keep it in mind for future trips!」
