“From the moment we were greeted we were taken care of and started to relax. After a long wait for our car at the airport and our first blast of navigating Palermo traffic - this was super important! This is the place you want to stay in Palermo - the attention to detail shows from the delicious breakfast and hospitality to the accommodations themselves.”

“The room is extremely clean, comfortable, spacious in stylish & cozy design. The pillows & bed are comfy like home! The toiletry is also out of my expectation, shampoo and body wash in different flavors for selection! The most impressive is the owner, Marco, he is so friendly and nice! He gave us all good advices on fantastic tourist attractions and restaurants. The location of this place is also convenient, for both driving or not driving there as there is a 24hr security Carpark nearby……

“Amazing location in the heart of Palermo city. It is not a modern hotel but a well kept traditional property - but it does have a lift! Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable with working AC. Both Giuseppe and his colleague Dario were super friendly and helpful. A typically European style continental breakfast is offered daily. Parking onsite is free - you do have to drive into the pedestrian zone but it’s very close to the top of the street so you don’t have to drive far. Would recommend for……

“The hotel and staff were excellent. However,the spa is not included in the stay,which is not made clear, and is extremely overpriced considering the price of the hotel per night”

“Great hosts and property - standard room was a decent size Just a note for Canadian and American guests, this is not a typical bed and breakfast ! There is coffee espresso machine and kettle available in the common area but no breakfast per se ”

“dommage la literie... un lit à bascule....avec un sommier à lattes qui se défait.... Un cabinet de toilette petit, une douche petite, mais un service en chambre de lingerie impeccable. Un quartier calme si on laisse les doubles fenêtres femées, bref, un minimum assuré mais 5 étoiles impossibles quand on ne dort pas dans un bon lit....”

“The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Reception is only on site until lunchtime but someone is always available on WhatsApp or by phone and the response was excellent. The location was very good, easy to get to from the airport and everything was nearby.”

“The Arche Design Rooms and Suites was a good choice for us. We found it comfortable and convenient with good food choices nearby. The recommendations by the team for where to eat were so helpful and we felt really welcomed. We didn’t use the Spa so can’t comment. Our late arrival was no problem and we enjoyed the breakfasts - all the food was fresh and tasty. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend Arche to other travellers ”
