The residence is part of a well-appointed complex that provides guests with access to a shared yard and lawn area ideal for sunbathing, as well as a shared indoor swimming pool available during seasonal periods from 1 July to 15 October and from 15 December to 31 March. The layout is compact yet well-organized, making excellent use of every square metre to ensure a pleasant and functional stay. A kitchenette is integrated into the main living area and is equipped with an oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill, as well as a fondue set for cheese, complemented by a small dining table ideal for intimate meals. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. The single bathroom features a shower and WC. Accessible directly from the living area, a south-facing balcony of 6 m2 extends the living space outdoors, offering beautiful views of the mountains, the valley, and the surrounding countryside.
