Pennycomequick Cottage

This charming cottage is perfect for those seeking a relaxing seaside escape, with its peaceful surroundings and easy access to the town's attractions, including beaches, restaurants, and shops.

The grade two listed cottage, once home to fisherman in the 1860's has now been sympathetically updated offering all the comfort and convenience of a modern property. It provides spacious and comfortable accommodation, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cosy living room complete with a log burner and views of the estuary.

There is no allocated parking with the cottage but there is off-street parking and a short-stay car park close by as well as being a short walk away from Falmouth town train station.

Whether you are looking for a peaceful retreat or a base to explore all that Cornwall has to offer, Pennycomequick Cottage is the perfect place for your next holiday.

House in excellent location

Communication from the property manager was smooth and helpful throughout. The house itself could use a bit of updating—particularly the windows, which weren't functioning properly in any of the rooms. The location is excellent: very close to shops and restaurants, and overall quiet (though those seagulls do make themselves known!).If the windows were repaired and blackout blinds installed, I’d absolutely stay again.

Really well updated old cottage with lots of lovely features and an excellent position for enjoying the delights of Falmouth Town centre. Fantastic views from the sitting room... Would have benefitted from an information pack as we could not work out how to use the high-tech oven, or the heating (if we had needed to use it which we didn't). No spare loo rolls, towels very small.
