“This is a cozy 2 bed 2 bathroom condo close to everything in Anchorage. Rowena was super wonderful to work with and even left some treats for when we arrived. We had a great stay.”

“Everything was as described. Location and space inside were both sufficient. Everything worked, was clean. Would stay again”

“Really enjoyed this property! It’s convenient walking distance to everything downtown, the train station, walking trail, and dangerously close to 49th state brewing which ate into our wallets! The on property bikes were a nice touch and we also appreciated the toiletries, laundry supplies, and coffee so we didn’t have to do a grocery store run. Keep in mind this is a townhome so there are 2 longer flights of stairs and you may hear a little construction/train noise, but the host provided ear……

“Great stay! The property could have been a bit cleaner but it wasn’t anything crazy. Perfect place to rest, and see the city. Located near food spots, smoke shops, parks, and more! Nice quiet little area. ”

“This was a nice place in a great location!”

“Lovely updated accommodation! Plenty of room for adults and families. Well appointed and stocked with extras. Outdoor area is a little sparse but grilling is easily doable. Parking might not be suitable for larger vehicles but our crossover was fine. Would definitely consider staying again!”

“The stay was very comfortable, the only thing that was not given was that the unit was an upper level with no access for handicapped.We had an elderly guest that had a difficult time accessing the unit. It was clean and had all the necessary impliments for our stay.”
