“This little cottage was perfect for our needs. We were 4 adults sharing the space. We spent 4 nights here and loved every moment. Our Host Lina was very thorough with her welcome and provided everything we needed and more. Stag Cottage was an excellent base while down visiting family near here and exploring the area. “This is a beautiful house in a wonderful location. The house was clean and tidy but, unfortunately, the 'Condition' review dropped to a lower rating for us. The barbecue was in such a greasy and dirty condition that we had to abandon our plans to eat barbecues in the fine weather. “This was our second stay at Little Orchard and it was just as good as the last time. The house is well equipped, has very comfy beds and a very sociable living area and garden. We were so lucky with the weather and managed to fit in a walk along the beach to East Wittering, followed by lunch at Drifters. “We didn’t realize that the property was one of four in a row. We thought it was an individual building so that was very disappointing. Also, the pictures make the unit look a lot a lot bigger than it is and it is right by the road and right by the stables, which when we were, there wasn’t too bad but I would imagine in the summer. They’re gonna smell pretty bad.”
