Beautiful Cozy Basement "Close to it All"

Beautiful, cozy and clean big basement apartment. 2 big bedrooms, walking closets, 1 bath, everything is very modern, private entrance, parking on premises, quiet area and we are close to it all! We are around 20 min. from SLC and SLC Airport, 9 min. from Lagoon, and 8 minutes from Cherry Hill. Ski resorts 40 minutes to 1 hr, hiking places 10 min away, shopping area 5 min away, we had an awesome mall 5 min away, were you can find variety of restaurants, a Theater movie and a lot more.
The space
The whole basement is yours during your stay with a separate entrance.

brand new and remodeled kitchen, with granite counter tops, open shelves cabinets, new dining table, dishwasher, sink and disposal.
Other things to note
If staying for more than a week you are required to supply for yourselves extra cleaning items like shampoo, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.

two Inspections of the place a month are require if staying a month or more.

extra cleaning fee is charge if staying more than a month.

My 3 girls and I went on vacation from Wyoming. The house was clean and nice and very comfortable. The property owner is amazing and made sure we were taken care of. It’s an amazing experience and place is beautiful with a view of the mountains.

This is a pretty nice place to stay. It would be especially good for a couple with 4 kids since there are two bunk beds in the separate bedroom. The area around the stairs is not taken care of with trash and leaves. Also, the gate to get to the downstairs is hard to open. It would be nice to have paper towels and tissues. During the day, it was a little noisy with kids dancing upstairs. There were also no forks in the silverware drawer which is kind strange. Otherwise quiet and comfortable.

Thanksgiving
Thanks to Yohanna, I was able to cook Thanksgiving dinner for my father, uncle, and children! My dad is battling cancer, unfortunately this may be his last Thanksgiving with us and I wanted it to be extra special for him. Yohanna has great communication and responds quickly! My kiddos absolutely loved the home theater and watched many movies during our stay.

Great place for families, close to Lagoon.
Nice, new neighborhood. Close to shopping & lagoon. I was able to park both our vehicles in the driveway. Felt like a safe area to leave our vehicles. Host was easy to communicate with. My kids had fun with the cute play kitchen in the bunk room.

Minimal amenities
The house was convenient for our trip to Lagoon and access to shopping. Supplies were minimal though. The listing said towels were provided, so we didn’t take any, then we had to request more so we had enough for the entire stay. We ran out of hand towels and cloths, and didn’t have napkins or paper towels to clean up in the kitchen.

Comfortable and Convenient
Loved this little basement unit! It was so clean and had a modern farmhouse feel to it. My two teenage children and I were so comfortable and the home theater room was a special bonus. The only tiny little minor thing is the back gate is difficult to open from the inside, but we figured out a trick for it! 😊 My sister lives only 1/2 a mile away, so we will probably come again! Thank you for a lovely stay!
