「Lovely yurt with a beautiful view out back. Easy drive to downtown Durango for dinner. Having a mini fridge and option to turn on heat or AC was great. After our kids fell asleep, my husband and I sat out on camp chairs to look at the stars - so memorable and would definitely stay again next time were in Durango.」

「This house had plenty of room to give everyone space to themselves but the best part of this property is the large, spacious and outstanding backyard as our dogs loved it as did us! Great to look out and enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks taking it all in! Saw deer and turkey several times. The yard is very well maintained and fenced in so you don’t have to worry about pups being outside enjoying themselves. Plenty of kitchen items for home cooking as well. 「The house is in a perfect location for accessing downtown Farmington as well as the highways for exploring the surrounding areas. It was especially well stocked compared to most rentals with a generous number of blankets and thoughtful kitchen supplies such as a coffee machine with multiple flavors. Tim was immediately responsive to all questions and exceptionally accommodating. We'll absolutely stay here again when visiting Farmington.」

「This block in Durango is quiet, with locals waving and saying hello as if you lived among them. You get to see the stars, hear the trains, see the deer/elk wonder through town, with the ease on parking close to the cottage. The home is adorable with any amenity you need. Our 3 week stay had us wanting to stay longer. Great host!」

「nice little home within walking distance to town. But it takes more like 10-15 minutes to walk to town, not 3 minutes as advertised. The bunk bed room does not have a closet which was a bummer. cute front yard, however the backyard needs some attention and cleaning up. Cute home. neighborhood is a little run down, but it was very quiet. I would book this house again for the location.」

「Had all the essentials and the upstairs bedrooms were very insulated from the downstairs noise so it was great for a napping toddler. Would give 5 stars but the hot tub didn’t get hot. Management was very kind and applied a discount to our stay. Would definitely stay again!」
