Beautiful property with amazing staff from reception to house keeping. Sofia from house keeping made us feel so at home offering us extra water when I mentioned we drank a lot of water and checking on us when she saw us in the hallway. Kindness prevailed at this hotel.

Jeronimo was there to meet us although our train was late arriving. He also assisted getting my luggage upstairs. The room is exactly as displayed in the app. It was clean and very comfortable.
