"We came to Memphis on business, and chose this place because it had the best price. What we first pulled up, the neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but as advertised, it was clean and quiet all week. Amanda was wonderful to work with."

Condo carpet stained but otherwise appeared clean. Probably cleaning chemical smell aggravated my allergies so didn’t even stay there. Owner graciously refunded cleaning fee. "

"This is a cozy quiet location that was perfect for my wife and me. We loved the proximity to the freeway entrance which made it really easy to get around during our visit. The service stairwell and the hall smell like smoke but that is the only not so great thing about this place and it is more of a general building thing instead of the actual property. I would stay here again."

"We stayed in condo for three months after house fire. Resident manager was wonderful….helpful, friendly, extremely competent. Owner responsive to our needs. Condo is comfortable, clean, well stocked and in good location. Highly recommend."
