It was very dark and smelled of cigarette smoke There was someone outside the window that had car parts scattered everywhere yelling profanity and I’m pretty sure they were drunk We had to change hotels. We never even unpacked I am in the process now of trying to get a credit back

We didn’t spend a whole lot of time here. We just booked the room to sleep in while visiting family so we didn’t explore the property or use any of the facilities. Only unfortunate thing we faced was that our bed sheets weren’t properly cleaned. It seemed as though someone had used something oil based that got on the sheets, then didn’t fully come out in the washing process. Staff was fine, check in and out was smooth. It was fine for the price. You can’t expect a perfection from a cheap hotel.

Was staying here while taking care of some repairs at my house. There was often no one at the front desk and the stairwell was never cleaned during my week long stay. The breakfast was decent when available, again the staff was not playing close attention and were slow to refill items as they were depleted.

The inside of the hotel seemed to have been recently redecorated/renovated. The lobby, hallways, and room were clean, newish furniture and carpet. The shower/tub was dingy and cracked and probably needs replacing. Overall for the price and convenience, it was nice. The front desk staff really lacked in customer service skills. We also didn't like that you had to provide a $100 deposit. A credit card was provided when the reservation was made. Requiring us to pay an additional $100 seemed excessive. Even if it's refundable. TL:DR If we need a hotel room in Fayetteville again, we'll book elsewhere.

My family and I came up for a University of Arkansas football game. Stayed two nights. Friendly staff. Bathrooms were very clean. This hotel is very "tired" I think they have tried to give it a good look, but its not - sofa in room ripped - same thing last time we stayed - just a dreary place - Way over priced for the quality you are getting. I've given it two tries - no more.
