This lovely two-story condo overlooks Tanglewood Creek and Razorback Greenway trail, and offers a relaxing retreat for you and your travel companions.

Start and end your day on the front patio with your favorite beverage. The living room will offer a cozy refuge after a day of recreational activities. Snuggle up on the sofa, enjoy the warm glow of the fireplace, and watch your favorite shows on the smart TV. When you get hungry, the kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances and plenty of space to whip up your favorite meals.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

College-y place

Very close to a train track. It will wake you up at night. Central location. Close to the greenway bike path so you can use it as a launching pad to explore the city and trails.

Nice property, noise was an issue

The management property over communicated, except responding to my emails about overcharging my credit card. They ignored my multiple requests for an explanation. VRBO said it was the fault of the management company, the management company told me to contact VRBO. Tough to get a resolution when both parties are blaming the other and I am stuck in the middle. The description didn’t include the active train tracks 50 yards from the back and the large construction project 50 yards from the front of the property. Knowing I would be woken up at 6a to the sounds of construction equipment and the sound of trains blowing whistles all night may have changed my selection of this property.

Great location. Lots of stairs

This VRBO is located in a great area right next to the greenway. There are several stairs for you you to navigate. So as long as you’ve got no issues with stairs, this is the place for you. It was sparkling clean and our host had thought of every amenity.
