The Space:

Sink into the plush embrace of our living room's sectional sofa as you bask in the glow of a 55-inch Smart TV, creating the perfect haven for relaxation and entertainment. Immerse yourself in the ambiance of our professionally designed space, adorned with thoughtful touches and captivating boho decor, capturing your most Instagram-worthy moments. There’s also a fully stocked kitchen beckoning your culinary creativity plus a private balcony offering a serene escape.



When the time comes to unwind, retreat to one of our two inviting bedrooms, both with a Queen size bed.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Enjoy full access to the entire apartment which is located on the 2nd floor of the building, including kitchenware, towels, and linens. A private entrance awaits at the top of a short flight of about 10 steps. Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

★ Please note this apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building and guests must access the apartment through a stairwell.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
