The host was attentive and quick to respond with a little clogged up drain issue. Sent a plumber immediately to take care of the problem. Really appreciated the quick response. Each room was appointed with up to date finishes. Wish the weather hadn’t been so cold we would of loved to hang outside in both outdoor seating areas.”

“The property had a very convenient location, easy to get around the city from there. However, immediately walking in to the property, strong, urine smell downstairs and going upstairs into the two bedrooms. Had a sink problem that they came over and fixed, and they even noticed the urine stains on the carpet downstairs. The smell was even worse, going up the stairs and into the two bedrooms. We went and bought pet odor, deodorizer, etc., to try and offset the smells. The outside deck had trash……

“Beautiful, spotless house in wonderful neighborhood near Razorback stadium. Our son loved having the tiny house all to himself. We only had two complaints. One was that the “queen” size beds weren’t actually queen but closer to a double which my husband and I aren’t l able to share and get any sleep. The other frustrating aspect was attempting to ask about how to go about the official check out process because the late fees are high and we definitely wanted to avoid them and no matter how/where……
