Booked this hotel because of an early, 6am flight out of Inverness. All the staff were friendly, most of them very helpful. The big surprise was the menu at the restaurant. Rooms were lovely and well decorated. Beds were really comfortable. The only downfall was dinner. We waited almost an hour for food and one meal arrived very cold. Shame as it looked good otherwise. The meal was removed from the bill.
