  • Exceptional location on the Fécamp waterfront, in the heart of the city, in a recently renovated former shipowner’s house (Captain YOO). 

    Within walking distance, you can: 

    - Enjoy the beach, 

    - Head out for an afternoon of shopping in downtown Fécamp, 

    - Visit Fécamp’s museums (Bénédictine, the fishing industry, ...) or 

    - Dine at one of the nearby restaurants. 

    The apartment is on the first floor (the staircase is quite steep) and offers a spectacular view of the port of Fécamp. 

    Ideal for 4 people, it offers a beautiful, contemporary space where you can stay in great comfort, featuring a living room/kitchen, 2 beautiful bedrooms with queen-size beds (rated among the best by Que Choisir, with 2 pillows per person), a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. 

    The entire apartment is bright, newly renovated, and very well insulated. 

    The apartment is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the train station and surrounded by free parking. Various games are available to keep the children entertained. 

    Other Captain YOO apartments are available for rent in the same building if you’d like. 

    Check-in is self-service starting at 4:00 PM using the access codes provided on the day of your arrival.

Bel appartement idéallement situé

Excellent séjour proche commodités, face au port. Très bien équipé, décoré avec goût. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Perfect stay very close to the sea and wonderful Restaurants

Very nice Apartment , modern and very bright everything you Need is available! Wonderful view to the harbour. Staicase very step, be careful!

The communication and access to the apartment was efficient and easy.Parking out the front was free and good. It gets busy, but there is a regular turnover of cars to free spaces. We parked opposite the apartment every night. It gets quieter in the evening/mornings.The Carrefour below was very good, convenient and popular.The adjacent road is busy, which is often used by motorbikes heading to the beach front bar, mostly annoying kids screaming their motorbikes up and down the road in the evenings.The apartment was comfortable, clean and furnished well, but we often heard people walking around on the floor above. The kitchen was good, albeit limited/no worktop space as there were too many appliances. A L or U-shaped countertop or even shelf/breakfast bar would have been useful. The apartment's front door was only locked by a key, so part of your party couldn't leave and lock the door without locking someone in.The bathroom was good. Good hot water (very hot). Shower was odd located on a raised floor, so it was tricky getting out of the shower with wet feet making sure you didn't slip down the steps. The shower was also a bit small and wobbly for the size of bathroom; it felt like getting in to a wardrobe!The stacked washing machine and tumble dryer were great, although the dryer kept sliding backwards when used.The local restaurants are all very good.The Benedictine distillery is excellent, but poor English translation/info on guided tour.

Auf den ersten Blick top, auf den zweiten leider weniger

Wir haben schon viele Ferienwohnungen bei FeWo direkt gebucht und bewertet, zum ersten Mal schreibe ich eine kritische Bewertung. Die Wohnung ist auf den ersten Blick top- stilvoll eingerichtet, schön dekoriert. Bei näheren Betrachtung entdeckt man zahlreiche Mängel. Bei der Auswahl der Ferienwohnung war es uns wichtig, dass die Wohnung einen eigenen Parkplatz hat. In der Wohnungsbeschreibung stand, dass die Wohnung über einen eigenen Parkplatz verfügt, was leider nicht der Fall war. Bei den Parkplätzen handelt es sich um die öffentlichen Parkplätze, sodass es Glückssache ist, ob man ein Parkplatz in de Nähe der Wohnung findet. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir die Betten teilweise selbst beziehen ( was in keiner weiteren Wohnung in Frankreich der Fall war). Im Bab gab es keine Toilettenartikel (Seife, Duschgel, Schampoo), Toilettenpapier mussten wir nachkaufen. Es gab nur Duchtücher, aber keine Handtücher. Die Abflusse im Bad und in der Küche waren verstopft, entsprechend roch es auch daraus. Die Türklinke zum WC-Raum war kaputt, sodass sich die Tür nicht richtig schließen ließ. Der Heizkörper in einem der Schlafzimmer war abmontiert. Im Treppenhaus roch es unangenehm. Die Lage unweit vom Meer war top! Für einen 4-tägigen war die Wohnung ok, länger würde ich dort nicht bleiben wollen.
