“My stay was a disappointment. I had specifically booked a deluxe double room online, but when I checked in, they gave me a standard room. And if that wasn't enough, the breakfast was a total letdown, there weren't many options to choose from. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.”

“Room and bathroom was dusty and filthy. Had to get the staff to wash all the cups and glasses.”

“Communication online was good.Air conditioning wasn't working in the first room had to change the room.Toilet was not clean ,sheets were dirty after many attempts one clean pillow and duvet was provided.Location was good but due to lack of staff hotel looks and feels neglected.Overall won't recommend or stay again had to move out for few days during my 7 day stay.Pretty disappointed but can't complain about the staff on the door and some room service staff were good. However reception desk……

“I’ve stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions and have found the location great. Very close to restaurants and shops and far away enough to be in a very quiet and peaceful location. The F&B staff and Housekeeping team especially the housekeeping manager are all amazing, extremely polite, helpful, friendly and go above and beyond, thank you for this, you are the reason I came back a second time and you proved you are consistent. The front office, finance and reservations teams on the other hand need……

Undergoing certain renovations currently (summer 2026) that i wish i knew about beforehand (pool was closed - spa options were sparse, construction workers around etc.) but the staff is EXCELLENT. very helpful. 24/7 valet that was a Godsend. your classic great hotel but make it smaller and cozier, plus more creative. overall we had a great stay.”
