“I really enjoyed my three nights here. Breakfast could be better, but I’m not a breakfast person so I will let it slide. Overall the hotel was pretty excellent and the staff were brilliant, helpful and cordial. One big negative was that the hot tub advertised on Expedia as part of the hotel facility is actually not free to use. It costs a whooping N400k to use for 2 hours. This has to be stated clearly on the hotel website. ”

“Clean rooms, goo customer service. Contant light with Inverter, only thing is that h inverter doesn't carry the AC and water heater and there's alot of power outage in the area. But they on the Generators from 10 pm to 4am. Very cosy rooms. Needs moe entertainment TV station or smart TVs ”

“Das Zimmer war sauber, die Bettwäsche wurde jeden Tag komplett ausgewechselt! Das Personal im ganzen Hotel sehr herzlich und korrekt, ich war die einzige Weisse zur Zeit dort. Ich fühlte mich nie wie eine Aussenseiterin,beim Abschied wurde ich sofort gefragt ob ich nächstes Jahr wieder kommen werde! Sie würden mich vermissen. So schön! ”

“I stayed at the Nera Hotel for two nights with my Partner. Having booked online and paid there was a confusion on check in concerning whether i had paid. The room was shabby with one of the shower doors missing, A towel rail was leaning against the wall, not attached. The ac was not working properly and we asked for it to be fixed to no avail. There was a question about our breakfast with only one available despite the online details of two with the booking. Also we went swimming and the……
