「The room was clean, beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and house keeping was optional with staff taking our trash daily and replenishing towels, they were very friendly.
The jacuzzi was comfortably hot and the pool nicely chilled for a cool off . Loved the ambiance of plants, etc. was lovely.
However, there was only one luggage cart for the whole building and when checking out it was no where to be found. The front desk could not see it any where in the building so after 30 minutes...

First time ever to stay at the hotel, where the kiosk is also the check-in counter as also the concierge 😅😂 The guy at the kiosk is extremely helpful! 👍 The free shuttle service to airport and nearby light rail station was very nice too!
Very few and limited selection at breakfast. Those plastic cutleries were so environmental unfriendly and contradictory to the “sustainable” hotel theme!
