“Pros: Die Finca liegt ruhig und abgelegen,dennoch ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten am Strand und findet Restaurants.Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht.Der Hausbesitzer ist nett und der Kontakt unkompliziert. Cons: Kein deutsche TV.Eine Spülmaschine und Markise oder Sonnenschirm über dem Tisch draußen, wäre bei der Sonne angebracht.”

“Pros: Die Unterkunft war sauber und für 4 Personen zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es sind 2 Klimaanlagen vorhanden. WLAN sehr gut. Check In und Check Out völlig unkompliziert und netter Kontakt. Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft immer vorhanden. Zu Fuß 5 Minuten von der nächsten Badebucht entfernt. Cons: Ameisen finden meistens immer einen Weg in die Unterkunft. Kein Essen oder Trinken stehen lassen.”

Says property includes AC with *footnote at very bottom of ad that AC is optional for an additional 10EUR per day prepaid. “Eine schöne, etwas in die Jahre gekommene einstöckige Finca! Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Außenanlage und ein großer Pool! Im Haus sind schon einige Mängel, defekte Fliegengitter in zwei der drei Schlafzimmer, keine vernünftigen Nachttische, nur 4 Aussenstühle auf der Terrasse ( wir waren nur zu zweit)! Kein Mückenschutz in den Badezimmern! Gute Lage zwischen Felanitx und Cala d‘Or etwas abseits der Straße, die man dennoch hört! Das Grundstück ist fast nicht einsehbar, das ist sehr schön!”

“We really enjoyed our little house. It was tidy, well kept, and felt like we were vacationing in Spain. We loved the short walk to both Cala Serena and Restaurant Cala Ferreira (great wine list and tapas!) Nice little patio for coffee in the mornings, the air conditioning worked great! Bathrooms were stocked, but there wasn’t any extra toilet paper in a closet or cabinet. Showers lacked some pressure but hot water was great.
