I have stayed here twice, 8 years apart, and both times it was clean, had everything I needed, and was sensibly priced. One can get newer and fancier in Yuma at twice the price, but for what it offers at the price, La Fuente is hard to beat. It also has a nice, lush courtyard.

Mattress’s may need to be updated due to stains. Carpet was sticky and needs a good cleaning. Better cleaning under the beds. Updates including a newer tv would be ideal.

This was a very nice place to stay! They were very accommodating with our dogs and had a dog friendly yard. We shut the gates and let the dogs run around. Ample parking for the trailer and truck. The neighbors were all friendly as we walked or rode our bikes. I would definitely stay here again.
