“The house by Jim was great! It is newly renovated, the appliances are new, and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent! it is near Rehoboth and Dewey so you can get sun and relaxing beach time during the day and an energetic bar scene at night. The house is on a quiet road that is easy to get to and close to super markets and many stores on the main road so that you can get anything you may have forgotten to bring. “our stay was wonderful!! check-in was quick. the rooms were just as described and pictured. we did have problem with the wifi. but the service people were contacted promptly and it was resolved. the location was perfect. 25 min to bethany beach, 35 minutes to rehoboth, 35 minutes to ocean city(but we never went there because we had everything between bethany and rehoboth!) ”
