Excellent family property, right on the beach. Such a wonderful apartment to stay at!

Cute place. One stain on the couch they should probably try to remove but otherwise nice, clean, and good A/C. Easy walk to the beach even if it is hot out. Loved the binder telling you where to go and all the details. The beach chairs in the shed are a very nice touch. I would have liked more clarity on where to park or if it matters to anyone. The app that takes your driver license was clunky and wouldn't let me take a Pic to upload. Instead you have to take and save a pic then upload that image. Don't blame the host, but they should address it with the vendor. Nice place and would stay again!

Really wanted to like this hotel. Everything was new and clean. The employees were great and helpful. The location is also pretty good and a short drive to may places to eat. Here is what I didn't like. The ac in my room. I like my room cold so I set my thermostat to 66 deg in prep to go to bed. Maybe it was my room, but up until around 130a, the temp stayed in the 70s. My wife and I were hot and when the ac came on, the air circulation was weak at best. I tinkered with the thermostat the next morning and put it on the highest fan setting the next day which helped a bit. Even still, it wasn't until the wee hours of the morning when it seemed like the temps finally dropped (and the weathering outside was in the low 60s) Next, they charge a $12 parking fee per day. I dont remember reading that. Thats ridiculous for this hotel especially since there was plenty of open parking. The parking lot wasn't gated, there was no security, parking wasn't limited to justify this cost. Seemed like just a money grab. Finally, the advertised rooftop bar was never open. The furniture up there was just stacked up with umbrellas laying on the ground. According to employees, its only open on certain days. We'll, even on the days it was supposed to open, it never opened...and based on the condition of the furniture, etc hasn't been open in sometime. Curiously, they advertise happy hour days and times for the rooftop bar through out the hotel...maybe take those signs down if the bar
