“This resort is clean and well maintained. It was perfect to celebrate our anniversary! It’s right on the beach but still has a pool. It was very quiet and peaceful! The only downside is that it’s about 20 minutes away from downtown. We wanted to have dinner watching sunset, so we went to Brett’s Waterway Cafe at the marina by downtown. But there are restaurants on site. I would love to visit here again with my family. They have put put golf, pickleball courts, tennis courts and golf courses. The……

“We had a very nice stay at this property. The ocean view was as promised, and the marsh-side decks attached to two of the rooms was nice even though we did not use them. Everything offered was consistent with the listing. The owner was extremely communicative at the onset to ensure everything was to our satisfaction, which I appreciated. The unit was clean, and towels and other needs were ample. I enjoyed the art/pictures on the wall. We felt right at home. Thank you!”

“Very nice place. Well taken care of and clean. A short walk to the beach. The pool was great, and I'm sure the new outdoor kitchen being installed will be great! It was a bit short on storage (a dresser in only one bedroom, not too many kitchen cabinets). The only tv was in the living room. The outdoor bathroom was ok, but we didn't use it if we didn't need to. Nice decor. Everything we needed was there. Pleasant owner. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks!!”

“If you're thinking about booking this place, don't hesitate! The check in process was a breeze. The owners sent a code to use on the key pad to enter. It was very clean and a short walk to the beach. They have beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, umbrella, tent, etc. all available for guest use. Everything was in excellent condition. We did have an issue finding the sheets for the pull out couch but the owners answered my call right away and helped us find some immediately. Only one thing to keep in……

“We had our annual family vacation at the Round House. What an awesome time! Across the street from the beach path, so easy to get on the beach, back for lunch, then back out again. So much room to spread out and relax, perfect spot for games during the occasional rain. I highly recommend this home if you’re staying on Amelia Island.”

“Perfect location and accomodations for our family of 3. Loved the king bed which usually isn't available at smaller houses in this price range. The quick beach access and roomy patio to clean up and dry off made trips to and from the ocean very easy. Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facility had everything we needed and most importantly, everything worked. So often with vacation rentals we find there is a switch, or outlet, or faucet that doesn't work well or at all. None of that here. ……
