“We enjoyed an extended stay at Cowboy Cabin. It was great being out in a rural area, and we especially enjoyed watching hawks, swans, and other birds in the marsh across the street. The on-site staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Just know that this is an older building with dents and bruises, and the heating system could use a little attention. I'll bet kids would enjoy the cowboy decor and plenty of room to play in the large living room.”

“Stay was good! Parking situation needs to be addressed as we had to park on the street. The other tenants took up both parking spaces. Didn’t enjoy the giant spider that came to visit us in the bathroom. Overall as expected. The couch in the living room is pretty uncomfortable to sit on. ”

“We rented the house for a long weekend to celebrate our son’s wedding. It ended up being a perfect home base for groomsmen activities. We had the separate sleeping area and the “kids” were all up in the loft “sleep over” style. Lauren made sure we had sleeping spots for everyone. The house worked out great for us to gather together before the wedding to get ready for the big event with a beautiful view of Bellingham Bay in the background…it provided quite the photo opportunity! The house was……

“Owner is friendly and communicative, room is clean and minimal but does lack places to hang things up or organize your belongings. The bed is very firm and the pillows are pretty flat so I would recommend planning for that if it's something that would bother you, or, ask the owner if they have any other types of bedding (I just didn't want to bother them for such a short stay). Otherwise it's great if you're just trying to find a spot for the night.”

“Great location in lynden. Loved our stayHost very friendly and helpful Would stay again if in area again”

“We had a little snafu when we checked in and were able to rectify it with the owner painlessly. Luckily we pulled in right at the check-in time. Otherwise our stay was comfortable and as advertised. It was close to downtown and a great place for a home base as we explored Bellingham. The hot tub was a nice touch. Only thing I would recommend is a little more lighting or checks for light bulbs that are out.”

“I was in town for a conference at the local resort. While I was bummed at first that the resort was booked, I think I got the better deal with this cabin in Birch Bay. Only 15 minutes from Semiahmoo, this cozy cabin was a perfect respite within a quiet, picturesque community. A stone's throw from the water, and away from vehicle noise. The room has a comfortable bed and efficient kitchen with stovetop, microwave and fridge. The bathroom was clean and well, stocked with towels and toiletries. An……
