The service at this hotel was awesome. They even tried to help by having the cook prepare dinner for us one hour ahead of their typical schedule. The Hotels was extremely nice and clean and modernized, and the price was also very affordable. Actually, the price was about $10 cheaper than other neighboring hotels in which we stayed, that were in the same area and they have not been modernized yet. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is in this area.

Hotel Valencia, Ferrol

The hotel in general is comfortable, modern, and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is in a good position in Ferrol with easy access. It has off the road parking both undercover (€7 a day) and free gated. Breakfast is a plentiful buffet with lots of choice including bacon and eggs. There was a problem with the staff as the cook had had an accident so it was not possible to have any hot food in the evening. On our last night there was only 1 person on duty, the receptionist, so the cafe was closed though she did make us a hot drink.

Molto piacevole

Ho soggiornato una notte, camera abbastanza ampia e confortevole, ben insonorizzata (3 piano affaccio sul retro) e pulita. Forse solo il letto poteva essere più largo essendo una doppia ma non abbiamo avuto problemi. Buona anche la colazione

Très bon rapport qualité / prix

Chambre spacieuse, personnel très serviable et à l’écoute. Situé à 3 kms du centre, le taxi est à 6 euros pour y aller. Le prix de la chambre 52 euros est plus que raisonnable. Possibilité de garer gratuitement la voiture sur le parking de l’hôtel.Très bon choix pour nous.

Buen hotel cerca del hospital.

Buen hotel en Ferrol cerca del hospital. Nos pilló un buen temporal, pero la habitación hacia calor de sobra para secarlo todo. Nos subieron de categoría y nos dieron la habitación del ático. Todo limpio y bien. Lo único que el colchón era muy bajo y en alguna zona sentías los muelles, pero mucho mejor que la butaca del hospital. Muy buena atención por parte del personal y la cafetería también muy bien todo y muy buen trato.

Short stay in Ferrol

This was our 4th stay in the Valencia. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. I think it would be a good idea if, in some of the bathrooms, a walk-in shower was available for older clients as it is not easy to climb into the bath. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is adequate but this time there was an excessive use of plastic wrapping around the food and crockery (I know this was to separate items and to ptotect them because of the pandemic) but I feel a more eco friendly way could have been found. The hotel is in a well-connected but quiet area of the town.
