「I don't even know where to start. Karim the manager was an angel; so kind, accommodating, and also knowledgeable about Moroccan history. Soumaya was fantastic with our endless requests and questions. And then Adil, Ibrahim, and Ayoub were charming/funny, professional, and hard working. The venue was a dream, the beds comfy, and the food was wonderful. Out of my entire stay in several cities around Morocco, this was my favorite stay because of this outstanding team.」

「The bell boy was very helpful but the other staff; especially those in the lobby and entrance gate was not at all. The entrance gate staff did not help us get a taxi even if we had luggage. The lobby staff members (usually 3) frequently talked among themselves as if their guests were transparent. 」

The elevator buttons are unreliable and often need to be pressed several times before they respond. Communication can also be challenging, as many staff members have limited English proficiency.
