"This has to be the best, most accommodating place to stay in all of Pembroke. This is the first time I've ever been this satisfied. Thank you for all that you do. "
"Reception was done in person by someone professional and friendly. Rooms were spotless, mattresses firm, and the temperature in the room just right. Excellent value for money."
"The rooms were nice, but there were electrical and heat issues due to the age of the building. When we made out booking we booked a 14,000 square ftBuilding and 8 bedrooms. When we got there the host refused to give us more than 6 bedrooms as we had 12 people. Not everyone sleeps double, so we had to book 2 hotel rooms for 2 nights. Host promised we would get our other 2 rooms, but would not unlock them and refused to communicate We expected a kitchen, but the only kitchen was within one of the bedrooms on the third floor. She did not want to let us use the small dining room but finally unlocked it after much discussion. This room had no fridge or sink. Power went out constantly in that room if we tried to make coffee or toast. There was a bar and kitchen that was kept locked and inaccessible. There were people living in some of the rooms, so it was not really private. While the building is advertised at 14,000 square feet, we had access to perhaps 5,000 square feet. "
