En başta otel temizliği çok kötü. Ses gürültü çok fazla.lavabolarda sarı lekeler. Havuz açık değil. Merdivenlerde file yapılmış ama yetersiz küçük çocuklar için korumasız. Kahvaltı standart her yerde olan ile aynı bir iki yıldızlı otelle aynı. Otopark kesinlikle yok. Tek olumlu şey aşçının güleryüzlü olması .

Kahvaltı oldukça kötü idi kahve mevcut değil, kahvaltı salonu depo gibi kullanılıyor ,süngerler yataklar üst üste konulmuş. Kahvaltı içeriği çok zayıf ve bayat , Cecil peyniri vardı muhtemelen 1 hafta önce tel tel ayrılmış ve sert. Masalar pis.

Check in war sehr freundlich, leider habe ich ein falsches Zimmer und Zimmerkarte bekommen so dass ich in einem Zimmer anderer Personen stand. Nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig. Zimmer waren sauber aber in einem schlechten Zustand. Schimmel und starker Schimmelgeruch im Bad. Das Frühstück war gut, große Auswahl und mit dem Blick aufs Meer das beste bei dem Aufenthalt.

Für Urlauber mit Auto ist es nicht geeignet, da der Hotel keine Park Möglichkeit hat. Gibt zwar Parkplätze vom Privatanbietern, kostet aber pro Tag ca. 40 Euro. Man muss lange in Nebenstraßen Parkplatz suchen, wenn überhaupt Mann eine findet. 😕😕

Three stars at best. Needs upgrades

First of all wrong configuration of the room as we booked two beds but only one in room. Was moved for second and third nights. Showers in both rooms leaked all over bathroom floor. Hose on shower heard leaked badly. Mold around shower fixture because of constant leaking. No shelves of racks inside shower for shaving or shower accessories not real problem but suggestions. Breakfast was very good. View from top was great. Staff was helpful. Close to downtown.

Terrible place don’t stay. Do not stay here. This hotel is shoddily built with paper-thin walls. We endured active construction until 12:30 AM, making us feel unsafe. Despite a "Do Not Disturb" sign, staff entered our room without permission to take an iron. The "blankets" are tiny towels, and getting a proper iron was a rude ordeal with no board provided. The WiFi constantly drops out, requiring endless trips to reception. They also lied about advertised parking, costing us an extra £60. Beyond a decent breakfast view, this hotel is utterly ruined by incompetent management. Stay anywhere else.

Hier ist die korrigierte Version deines Textes: --- Der Frühstücksraum war in einem schlechten Zustand und die Auswahl beim Frühstück sehr gering. Nachgefüllt wurde nur sehr spät oder gar nicht. Die Fenster waren undicht, sodass aufgrund der zentralen Lage kein ruhiger Schlaf bis in die späten Stunden möglich war. Ein Spiegel im Badezimmer fehlte leider. Die Internetverbindung war instabil, wodurch eine mehrfache Neuanmeldung erforderlich war.

The only good thing about the hotel was the location and the Staff. The bathrooms are outdated and require alot of maintenance. Toilet seat was cracked causing a pinch like feeling, and the shower floods the bathroom because of severe water leakage!! That was in the first room; the staff were very nice to change the room for us 👍. The new room also had a problem with the toilet seat (broken & moves all over. Shower was leaking but not as bad. I have a video to prove it!! Other issues were with the manager!! Trying to lecture me instead of giving me an extra blanket and pelowes. The staff were more friendly and cooperative 👍 Oh, I forgot to mention the house keeping... although we switched the greenlight on for cleaning the room; it remaind untouched and messy for 2 days, on the third day I asked the reception to make sure they clean the room!!! They only made the beds and gave us fresh towles... I had to clean the trash bins myself. 😡

Mara Palace Hotel Fethiye is not a place I would recommend in any way at all. We checked in at about midday which was good but immediately noticed how dated and scruffy the place looked. Carpets had stains, random wall murals on the stairs and the rooms we were given ( 2 twin rooms) had definitely seen better days. Poor decoration , bad tiling, loose wiring , dreadful views on the balconies, and when in the bathroom you could hear everything going on in the next door bathroom - and I mean everything. Also bedbugs .Cant upload pics. The breakfast was mediocre and catering to the Russian taste . The pool is tiny so dont believe the photos , closes around 6 so you can't have an evening swim , the top restaurant was empty and they shut off the music at 10pm. This is not the biggest issue though. At 11pm the first night , our daughter came to our room in shock because 2 men had tried to enter her room with a key card just as she was undressing. They opened the door and she covered herself up and they left. On questioning reception , they claimed it was an employee showing a room to a customer ...at 11pm ! Also, they said the room showed as unoccupied on their system - another red flag in case of fire etc. Management the next day tried to dismiss it all and when we asked for alternative accommodation they refused. They became quite rude and defensive and we decided to fly home as our daughter was scared of staying. Management refused a refund and basically made us leave.

Sokakdaki cafeler nedeniyle gürültülü.otel resimlerinde havuz vartadilatta olduğu için kapalı olduğu söylendi.oysaki masraf yapmamak için havuzu doldurmamışlar.Ayrıca etrafına güvenlik önlemi almamişlar.son olarak sade ve orta kahveyi ayıramadıkları gibi bu tesis için boş havuz yanı 200 tl türrk kahve bedelide karşilğinı hak etmiyor çocuğumuz için havuz hayal kırıklığı idi.otel sokağına araç girmiyor.yakında park yeri bulmakda pek kolay değil.uzaga bırakıp taksiyle gelmek gerekiyor
