It has an excellent location with beautiful views. The room is very spacious. The dinner buffet is regular and not very varied. We had a problem in the bathroom with a water leak from the toilet so the floor was always wet. and when you turn on the key of the water it comes out spilling out abruptly, so always getting you wet. That was the only problem. Maybe the rooms need a little maintenance.

Sertil Royal is a good hotel. We enjoyed our stay. We only stayed for one night but enjoyed the view of Oludeniz and the pool was lovely. It was quiet and clean. We did have to switch rooms because the toilet was broken when we got the room. But they were very accommodating and quick to put us in another room. We also got to the hotel 3 hours early and they allowed us to check in early which was very kind of them. Breakfast was good with quite a lot of variety to chose from.

Straight out of a horror movie.

Straight out of a horror movie. We were told we were “upgraded” to a walk-out pool room, but to even get to the room we had to go down two separate elevators, through multiple long hallways, a restaurant, three staircases, and puddles of smelly fish water on the ground. When we finally opened the door, the room was covered in mold — the walls were literally black with it. It was so bad I wouldn’t put an animal in that room. When we refused to stay there, the only “alternative” they offered was a room that looked like a used workers’ quarters: a pull-out bed on the floor and a large hole in the door next to the handle covered with a measly thin layer of tape, making it unsafe and easily opened from the outside. Completely unacceptable. We left the hotel exhausted, hungry, and still salty from the beach, forced to search late at night for another hotel. To make matters worse, this was the day after my fiancée and I got engaged - instead of celebrating, we were dealing with this nightmare. The management was unprofessional and the office smelled of cigarettes and had alcohol bottles lying around. They promised a refund, but have yet to process it through Hotels.com. This hotel is unethical, unsafe, and unsanitary and is not in compliance with basic health and safety standards. You are better off sleeping outside than at this hotel. Do not book here.

Bu otelden jakuzili, yüksek kat, balkonlu ve manzaralı bir oda satın aldık. Rezervasyon sürecinde paylaşılan fotoğraflar oldukça net ve cezbediciydi. Ancak otele vardığımızda ciddi bir hayal kırıklığı yaşadık. Check-in saatinden yaklaşık 1 saat sonra giriş yapmamıza rağmen odamızın hazır olmadığı söylendi ve bekletildik. Sonrasında ise rezervasyon yaptığımız oda yerine -2. katta (yer altı), tamamen farklı bir oda gösterildi. Bu odada jakuzi bulunmasına rağmen satın aldığımız oda ile hiçbir şekilde örtüşmüyordu; yüksek kat, balkon ve manzara gibi en önemli kriterler yoktu. Durumu ilettiğimizde çözüm sunmak yerine istersek rezervasyonu iptal edebileceğimiz söylendi. İstanbul’dan uzun bir yol kat ederek gelmişken bu yaklaşım oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. İtirazımız sonrası, satın aldığımız odanın ertesi gün müsait olacağı belirtilerek ilk geceyi uygunsuz bir odada geçirmek zorunda kaldık. Üstelik müsait değil dedikleri satın aldığımız aynı oda tipinin o sırada hala satışta olduğunu da kendilerine gösterdik. Ertesi gün doğru odaya geçebildik ancak bu süreç tatilimizi olumsuz etkiledi. Temizlik de yetersizdi. Yatak ve yastıklarda saç/kıl vardı, genel temizlik yapılmamıştı. Jakuzi bile temiz değildi. Konum ve manzara güzel, ancak rezervasyonda gösterilen oda ile verilen oda farklı olabiliyor. Dikkatli olunmasını öneririm.

La vue et la piscine sont magnifiques, évidemment. Mais l’hôtel était vraiment peu propre. Il y avait des poils sur nos couettes, tout semble assez dégradé, les sols n’étaient pas propres ainsi que les fenêtres du balcon. Nous avions booké la chambre avec jacuzzi. Le jacuzzi était très sale et rempli de crasses. Il fuyait de partout donc le balcon était rempli d’eau qui ne s’évacuait pas. La lunette de toilette n’était pas propre non plus avec poils et taches d’urine …

Otel aileler için uygun, biz memnun kaldık. Havuz kullanımı düzenli, odalar temiz ve ferah. Sadece otopark konusunda çok sıkıntılı bir bölge, aracı olanlar için zorluk yaratıyor. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi bize çok yardımcı oldu, çok güleryüzlüydü. Genel olarak memnun ayrıldık.

Resepsiyondaki kız çok suratsız bilgi vermiyor. Otel bomboş beni zar zor erken aldı. Akşamki resepsiyon görevlisi söyledi anlaşmalı oldukları beach varmış. Ölüdenize servis yok. Yani benim işimi kolaylaştırsan ne olacak memnun kalmadım. Temizlik idare eder çarşafların üzerinde kalan kıllardan tiksindim. Manzarası için tutmuştum. Yemekler ortalamanın altında.
