「The staff was great, room was comfortable, but we had a track meet just outside our room until 10:00pm that was noisy. Also, we were lucky to have a previous guests g string left in our room.」

「I booked this trip to visit the Field of Dreams. The property had a baseball theme throughout the place which made it perfect for the reason i was there. A very short walk and i was at some good restaurants and breweries. A great experience!」

「The condo was very comfortable and clean. The posting on VRBO did not mention the railroad track running directly by the property. We were awakened by a train in the middle of the night. We stayed one night and for the price we paid, we did not expect to have to clean the condo before we left. Total cost ended being double the posted price and we were threatened with additional fees if we did not clean up. It just seemed hostile for the price we paid.」

「We were on a NE Iowa brewery ‘crawl’ to celebrate my husband’s birthday. One of his favorites is Textile in Dyersville. This unit was perfect for us as it over looks the brewery and is steps away from the downtown area. Couldn’t have worked out better for the end of our day! Everything was as listed, the property is new, the unit was very clean and welcoming. We will stay again and will recommend it to our friends.」

「We were in Dyersville overnight for my nephew’s wedding, so we didn’t get to spend much time at the property. I would definitely come back for a long weekend with the kids and grandkids. There’s a lot of outdoor area to lounge and relax and watch the kids play on the playground equipment. We loved the resident dog Willow…she kindly welcomed us to the very spacious, clean and well-equipped home away fro home. Thank you so much!!」
