- Barn just finished renovating to renovate composed on the ground floor from large living room with dining area and relax and through a bow you access the kitchen with counter in the room there is also a washroom with washing machine. From the living room and kitchen you can access the covered veranda. Upstairs there are three rooms. A double with gabina wardrobe and private bathroom complete with shower and two other double bedrooms and one with two sun lounges also these with private bath complete with shower.

privacy delle stanze
Casa ristrutturata con gusto . Bellissima posizione.
Due stanze al piano superiore sono solo parzialmente separate. Ottima soluzione per famiglie con bambini , non ideale per adulti.
Molto piacevole e funzionale la sistemaziobe soggiorno e cucina.
Ottime le docce con acqua calda abbondante. Ottima la dotazione di elettrodomestici.

Nous avons passé une semaine enchanteresse dans la maison de Paola ancien fienile superbement restauré. Le calme au milieu des oliviers,maison confortable avec toutes les commodités proches,commerces, bus,train loin du bruit de la ville. Je recommande chaudement

Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de l'Italie et la Toscane chez Paola ; villa spacieuse et confortable superbement située au milieu des oliviers et à qq minutes de la gare de Fiesole pour se rendre a Florence 10-12 mn environ. A refaire ! ...et j'apprends l'italien pour mieux profiter de leur chaleureux accueil.

Quiet, relaxing country rental close to Florence
We have rented 4 different properties over 5 consecutive years. This one has been our favorite and we plan on returning.
Paola ensures a positive experience and is very responsive.
A car will be needed as the location is in the Toscana countryside. A train station and grocery store are 5 minutes away.

Très belle location au milieu des oliviers et à deux pas de Florence
Location très agréable et très bien située (une demie -heure du centre de Florence)
Les propriétaires vivent juste à côté et interviennent très rapidement si nécessaire.

Great villa in a peaceful setting on outskirts of Florence
Clean and well kept villa. Large garden and patio area with bbq. Villa was modern with elements of wooden beams for additional character. Good basic kitchen facilities, open plan to dining and lounge area. 3 good double bedrooms one ensuite with another separate bathroom.
Owners met us outside villa on our arrival at midnight! Nice touch. She had baked a cake and left some basic provisions.
The position of villa meant shopping for food was only 5 minutes away . The train station was also close by with only an 11 minute journey into Florence.
Fiesole was a charming suburb of Florence with some nice cafes and bars.
Countryside is fantastic.
Would 100% recommend this villa.

Situation idéale pour un séjour à Florence (8Km de Florence au milieu des oliviers)
Equipements suffisants, propreté des locaux impeccable, et aménagements neufs.
Propriétaires très sympathiques producteurs d'huile d'olive extra (ils ont donné un litre pour la goûter)
Bonnes informations sur les activités locales ( restaurants etc)

Familia de 4 pessoas
A casa encontra-se localizada em local muito calmo e constituiu um bom ponto de partida para conhecermos a Toscana e, em especial, Florença (utilizamos o autocarro nº 7 a partir de Fiesole por motivos práticos e porque estacionar em Florença é muito dificil). Existe um supermercado em Caldine (10 minutos de carro). As fotografias da casa evidenciam a realidade encontrada. Está nova e bem equipada. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Paula, marido e filhos que são muito simpaticos e foram sempre solicitos em resolver pequenas necessidades que colocamos. Em especial, enviamos um abraço aos pais da Paula pela sua simpatia e generosidade. Recomendamos esta moradia a todos quantos queiram um local calmo e bem situado no contexto da Toscana.

Belle et grande maison au calme
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison qui est très grande entourée d’un beau jardin avec vue sur les oliviers. Il y a tout le confort 2 salles de bains, 3 chambres dont une suite parentale, belle cuisine très fonctionnelle et beau salon, salle à manger. La terrasse est aussi très agréable. Les propriétaires et leurs enfants sont très sympathiques et nous avons été très bien accueillis. Ils nous ont offert des fruits, des légumes, du vin et de l’huile de leur production. Nous étions à côté de Florence au calme absolu (aucun passage de voiture, petit chemin).

super beautiful and peaceful house
This is the best holiday house we have ever been to. The owner is very friendly and helpful We found a welcome gift consisting of products from their own garden, the space is bigger than it looks in the pictures.
Beautiful olive trees as far as you can see. And it is so quiet that you will only hear the crickets. We've been here for three weeks with a smal child and have spent a lot of time in and around the house.

perfekte Erholung
Wir verbrachten eine Woche in der frisch renovierten Scheune. Die
Vermieterin Paola hat bei der Einrichtung an alles gedacht. Das Haus ist
geräumig, besteht aus einer offenen Küche mit Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoß
und 3 Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoß, dazu noch 2 Badezimmer. Die Terrasse
wurde von uns jeden Morgen fürs Frühstück genutzt. Das Haus liegt ruhig
in den Hügeln nördlich von Florenz. In circa 30 Minuten ist man mit dem
Auto in der Innenstadt.
Paola und ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich, wir haben uns rundum wohl
gefühlt.
Ein Hinweis: die Straße im Navi genau so eingeben *und* mit der Karte
vergleichen, es gibt mehrere ähnlich klingende Straßen im Umkreis von 20
km.
We spent a week in the newly renovated barn. Paola, the landlord,
thought of every detail when furnishing the house. The house itself is
large, with a big kitchen and living room on the ground floor and 3
bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. We had breakfast on the terrace each
morning. The house is situated in a quiet, hilly region to the north of
Florence. It takes about 30 Minutes to reach the city of Florence by car.
Paola and her family were very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Please note: make sure you type the name of the street correctly in your
satnav *and* check the map as there are several similar sounding streets
within a radius of 20km.
