“The owner / property manager never took the initiative to reply back to my check in message which resulted in me being stranded after 22 hour flight. I book afcomodation on regular basis, but this is hands down the worst experience I have ever had. AVOID ”

“This host did not communicate anything!! There was no message at any time after reserving this rental to touch bases. No information about where the property is or how to access the property. They also did not respond to VRBO representatives. My family and I were left trying to find a suitable place to stay at the absolute last minute (after check in time) and it was during the holiday season so EVERYTHING was booked. We ended up staying in an undesirable tiny room. ”

“This place is rather dated and needs updates and repairs. Broken kitchen drawer, toilet runs on after every flush, mickey-mouse shower set up, we were obligated to clean pool every day if we wanted to use it, wifi faded in and out, and it generally felt like 'economy' lodging. A bit disappointing.
Location is a short walk to beach, which we really liked.”
