Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Check-in is 1700. Reception shuts at 1700 (any questions you need to ask in the pub, and they dont know) Broken window in single room. Workmen came to fix and left the room a mess (still not fixed on leaving). I moved the bed back from middle of the room as they couldnt be bothered moving it back. In urgent need of maintenance and a deep clean. Dirty towels from previous occupent in one bedroom. All wardrobes full of maintenance equipment (ladders, step, boxes etc) unable to use them. Shower room half painted. Sink and shower/bath dont drain. Young daughter couldnt use shower as temp too hot (doesnt adjust as knob broken) Kitchen - Dishwasher rocking forward and back. Suprised its not leaking.. Washing machine interior coated in black mould, DVD player not working. Swimming pool - closes at 1745 forget using it if you go for a day out (as you may well do on holiday!) Used pool only once as poolside, showers and changing rooms were very dirty. Doubt they have been cleaned recently. Make sure you wear something on your feet as you will catch something (its that bad) We wont be back again.
