A fantastic property for the whole the family

We booked Echo Beach for a family holiday to celebrate my dad's birthday. The property was the perfect place for us to chill after busy days exploring the beaches. Would highly recommend this place for a large group holiday, especially if you have children as there is plenty of room for them to spread out.

Lovely family break

Echo Beach is a very spacious, very comfortable property. I was having a well earned break with my sister and two nephews and the house did not disappoint. We all had our own bedrooms and lots of space to totally relax. The kitchen, dining and lounge area was wonderful. Large enough for us all to get together or do our own thing. It's location was perfect for us to visit Filey, Scarborough and surrounding areas. I would definitely recommend Echo Beach to large or small groups of people

A Lovely Family Weekend!

From the second I booked I knew it was going to be a great holiday for our family. I had excellent communication from start to end with lots of helpful information. When we arrived I was not disappointed, my family said it was the best "holiday house" we have stayed in yet and we will definitely return. Great location on the estate as the 3 kids were able to play safely in the park. Highly recommend. Thank you

Nice house/great location

We enjoyed our stay, the house had most utilities, except no dustpan to go with the brush. The location was great with the play park opposite us, which kept the children very happy and entertained. The cleanliness could have been slightly better, floor, under furniture, inside cupboards. We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend to other for extended family celebration or return ourselves in the future.

Easter break. 70th birthday family get together.

A large spacious and comfortable house. It fitted our needs for 8 adults, 3 infants perfectly. The proximity of the beach and a playground area at the back of the house were a bonus with young children. A couple of niggles. No dustpan and brush. A bin in each bedroom would be useful. No soap in bathrooms. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Great House

This was a great house for spending quality family time. A separate downstairs toilet and larger fridge would have been nice but it did not spoil our weekend. A few minor repairs needed but again did not spoil our family time. The house is in a great location and we have had a very lovely time and would definitely book this house again
