The location of the property was excellent ..

The property is situated in the heart of the town making shopping easy without the need to park up, also buses, trains, and doctors surgery a short walk away. Larger parking spaces....parking is extremely tight if you have a large vehicle, a welcome pack. and large broom to sweep the floor.

Great location i did like having a car park space but the location of numbers 4central to the car park and surrounded by fence felt a bit vulnerable and on Saturday when pub was busy it felt like used to rest against - can this slot be relocated? Noise from pub on Saturday night disturbing - we had windows open as apartment very warm and it was only October - not sure i would like noisetemperature in the apartment in summer

The apartment was spotless as usual, the housekeeper does a fantastic job. We’ve stayed here quite a few times now and it still looks clean and fresh with no signs of wear and tear. Its very well equipped and nicely located in the centre of Filey The only small negatives are: the mattress didn’t feel as comfortable, it felt like you were rolling out if you were close to the edge. It needs another 2 mugs It was a bit noisy outside on Friday and Saturday night, it does have double glazing and isn’t normally noisy.

Very nice stay , would use the property again

Location was great, property nice and warm Could do with some coat hooks in the hallway for outside coats (although there were some in the cupboard). Television kept breaking up. Would have been nice to have had 2 parking spaces .. But overall a very nice stay

Everything. All as described on the website. Also, the staff, Emma and Debbie, are so helpful, friendly and efficient. No wonder we have just been for our third stay at Belle House! No idea. It's great already.
