Modern first floor apartment close to the meadows, perfect for a small family

Living Area

Sea Air has a generous open plan living / dining space. The lounge area has a Smart TV/DVD player, two large sofas, a dining area with table, 2 chairs & bench. The galley kitchen has a washer/dryer, fridge (with ice box), hob, oven, microwave and plenty of pots and pans.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Off the hall to the right is the main bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room. The bedroom has a storage cupboard with hanging space, drawers, vanity area, and Smart TV. Across the hall is the second bedroom with full-size bunks, TV, drawers, and clothes stand. Next to the second bedroom is the recently refurbished family bathroom with bath and overhead rainfall shower with adjustable handheld shower too.

Heating

Full central heating throughout, operated remotely too so we can warm the house ready for your arrival in the winter months.

Outside Area

Sea Air is close to the meadows for walks and picnics, and you are welcome to use the lawned area in front of or behind the apartment for sitting out. All grounds are communal​.

Parking

There are large parking bays on Woodspring Way, just outside the apartment. There's also two electric car charging points on Woodspring Way - payment required.

Other Things to Note

Two well-behaved dogs welcome.
This apartment is on the first floor, accessible via stairs only.
This property does NOT have a dishwasher.

Good locations for walks along the cliffs, the wolds, and the moors.

We would have prefered a dish washer over the washing machine. An opportunity for buying groceries without taking the car would have been great. The bed and linen have been comfortable and we enjoyed our stay in Filey Bay.

We booked a week in a 2 bed apartment . There was everything that you needed in the flat for a week. My only concern if I was a parent with children is the 2nd bedroom with bunk beds is quite snug and no hanging space for their clothes , you would have to use the main bedrooms wardrobe . There was areas I cleaned like the plate drainer before we used it. Slight picky I know but that begs the question to how much of a deep clean is actually done before you check in . We managed to get the washing machine to work as the instructions were in Italian. The manager Paula bought some instruction in English for us. Something that will now help future clients , without them having to search the Internet . We were able have a check out 10am as it’s normally 9.30 , which still seems rather early had you cannot check in till 3.30 . I believe 11.00 would of been nicer and your not rushing about In the morning leaving . With these minor concerns, overall it was a lovely quiet week away. (We went end of Sept).we did regular walks on the beach with the dogs. I would stay again .
