We love Filey, and found Say Shells to be ideal for us. Well equipped, spotlessly clean, perfect location(absolutely totally quiet), cosy and warm in the cold February weather, and safe parking. We will definitely recommend. Thank you to the owners for making our stay perfect.

Good base for walking holiday

Had a great time here. Good location for Filey and railway station, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Only slight drawback was lack of a proper shower - OK for a couple of nights with 2 blokes but wouldn't have suited a longer stay. Will not stop us returning.

A cosy well maintained property, with everything we requred during our stay, a small private yard for the dogs to sit outside. The parking area was a little tight for our bigger car, but there was on street parking outside or very close to the property. It's a very quiet area,so we had no worries about parking. The beach,town and walks are all within easy walking distance, we didn't need to use the car after arrival. The town and surrounding areas are clean and litter free, with lots of independent shops. We would definitely stay at Say Shells again, there is still more of the area we want to explore

All that you need to made a pleasant holiday, easy reach of shops, beach and country park. Much an appreciated bottle of wine 😀. Would recommend it to others.

Great location

Great location, well equipped property. Lovely and clean. Only issue was with the reduced ceiling height in the bathroom. The shower was unusable for adults unless you don't mind being bent double.
