Enjoy quiet country life, without being far from the charming town of Bluffton or convenient access to Interstate 75 for an easy 25 minute commute to Lima or Findlay! Perfect for Bluffton University visits, traveling doctors and nurses, or those visiting the many manufacturing plants in the area. This charming single-family, ranch home with detached garage, has been updated to provide a clean and homey experience for our guests. The home features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, spacious living area with picture windows and deck overlooking the beautiful country landscape, master bedroom with en suite half bath, 2nd bedroom with twin over twin trundle and spacious 3rd bedroom/living room/study combo. Also enjoy the convenience of in home laundry (in basement), Cable, Roku, complimentary high speed internet and Convertible Pool/Ping-Pong/Air Hockey table in basement! Our home is available for long-term and short-term stays!

Clean, quiet and comfortable

A group of friends stayed here for the weekend while attending a music festival. We didn't spend much time in the house but it was perfect for our needs. Communication was easy and responsive. House was clean, fairly up to date amenities and well stocked for the one meal we prepared there. Nice quiet covered porch and private driveway. Pool table needs to be leveled as it is almost unplayable. It would have been more of a disappointment if we were going to be spending more time there. Overall we would absolutely stay here again if we were doing the festival again. Perfect quiet and comfortable place to relax after long day of concerts.

Perfect place to stay!

We loved this place! Beautiful country home just outside of town, minutes away from the event we attended at Bluffton University. The kids loved the game room! The was clean, comfortable and spacious. Jessica was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. Highly recommend and we will visit again!

Perfect for our Bluffton family gathering

My siblings with their spouses and kids and I wanted to get together for a weekend with my parents but their house is too small for all of us to stay with them. This lovely country home was perfect for us and only five minutes from their house in Bluffton. It was quiet, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The kids loved the air hockey table as well!

Great place!

We were so pleased with this vacation rental. We were coming to Ohio to visit family for the holidays. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. Full kitchen with everything you could need, laundry in the basement, nice towels and bed linens and nice furniture. Super easy check in and out and Jessica checked with us throughout our stay. We even arranged to stay an additional night. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again!
