Oceans 22 at Fingal Bay
Gather the whole gang and settle in at Oceans 22, your ultimate seaside escape with space, simplicity, and serious beach holiday vibes. Located directly opposite Fingal Bay’s patrolled surf beach, this classic five-bedroom home is made for sun-soaked days, salty hair, and backyard cricket after a swim. Two levels of living, two kitchens, and loads of room inside and out make this an easy choice for extended families or groups holidaying together.
Spread out over generous living zones, you’ll find three bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a bright, breezy veranda upstairs – ideal for slow mornings with coffee and ocean views. Downstairs brings another two bedrooms, a second lounge and kitchenette, plus an outdoor shower, shady backyard and a big alfresco area for long lunches, BBQ dinners and post-beach storytelling. With off-street parking for a boat or trailer and a short walk to local cafés, this one’s set up for a holiday that’s as laidback or action-packed as you want it to be.
*Please note: Both levels are separated by an exterior set of stairs, there is no interior access between the upstairs and downstairs areas of the home.

No parties or events as we are situated in a residential building. Guest are expected to always abide by local noise regulations and the Code of Conduct for the Short-term rental accommodation industry. Terms and conditions apply.
Additional charges may apply if the property is not left in a reasonable condition upon departure. This may include, but is not limited to, items such as a dirty BBQ, excessive rubbish, or extra cleaning required.
Guest registration and identification is required prior to your arrival. All guests staying with Belle Property Escapes are required to complete and digitally sign a guest registration form. This process includes an agreement to adhere to our terms and conditions, along with the submission of valid photo identification, such as a copy of your driver's license or passport.
Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is required to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Please be advised that access details for the day of your arrival will be withheld or subject to delay if your online guest registration with Belle Property Escapes remains incomplete.
Servicing of the accommodation is not provided during your stay. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay, and we recommend organising a shopping trip to pick up any additional items you may require.
Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.
