“My experience with Homewood suites was excellent! The room was great it was clean Very spacious and the decor in the room and throughout the hotel was the best. I love the pool table feature a very nice touch. I will not stay anywhere else but Hilton hotels. There is no comparison with other hotels. The breakfast was delicious, the dinner was delicious especially the buffalo wings!! There was plenty of fun and laughter in the lobby in the evenings at the bar. The staff was so accommodating……

“Overall the staff were very welcoming. The place was clean overall. They could just clean up the webs on the window seals. The continental breakfast pretty good both days. They could’ve just made sure the food was warmer and full. But overall it was good.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Parking is not connected to the hotel. Must was down a well lit, but nasty alley to get to covered parking”

“The room is a mess! The floor is all sticky, and the fridge keeps making this loud noise. But the worst part is bathroom, it’s disgusting. The shower is covered in hair and dust, it’s just nasty. I paid over 200 bucks for this? Seriously?”

“We had a serious cleaning problems with our first room (strong smell of rotten food) and dust from the repairs that caused allergic reactions in part of the crew. Our second room had an insect infestation (ants I believe) in our beds. Hundreds of them. We then moved to another room that was not maintained for a while (dust mostly). Our fourth room was decent. Old, but relatively clean. The local team did their best to move us around, but the lack of maintenance, cleaning and the consequences……
