Geat place for a reunion

We had a great time ringing in the new year as a large family reunion. The house had planets of space for various groups to gather and play their own favorite games as well as enough space to congregate as a group and sing and play. Great communication from the house’s management staff.

Wonderful property. Layout, onsite entertainment, size were perfect for our group of 8 adults and 9 kids. What was missing is small stuff: enough toilet paper for a couple of days, hairdryers, shampoo/conditioner/soap for a couple of days, matches (for fire pits), knife sharpeners for the dull kitchen knives, mattress protection (especially for the kids mattresses - don't really like to sleep on mattresses potentially wetted by previous occupants kids). They do have a cat on property for the mice. We also had a mouse scamper across the family room. Vacasa support was useless to address these issues. Phone support could not help. Host contact was initiated on day two. Received non-responsive reply on day 5. If you don't mind these little inconveniences, then the home, location and on-site entertainment is great. You will enjoy your time on this property. Hopefully, these issues can be rectified in the future, and your stay will be wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, beautiful, well equiped with lots of fun things to do. The management was very responsive. The pictures on the web site do not do it justice. It is much more beautiful. The property is beautiful and the view over the lake amazing. Management thought of everything we would need to be comfortable and enjoy our stay to the max.

Family Gathering

Raspberry Ridge was perfect for our family’s celebration of our parents 60th wedding anniversary! Everyone loved it. There was something for everyone! If you have a large group (we had just over 40 people), and are staying more than a couple nights, be sure to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels.

Perfect place for a large group!

We loved everything about this beautiful home! There was something for everyone to enjoy! All our grown up children loved the indoor Volleyball court and outdoor pickleball court! We loved the spectacular view of the lake from the big deck, watching the full moon rise was an Awwwww moment! It was just a short drive to the lake which was nice. The large kitchen was stocked with everything you needed! Our vacation was perfect and so was this beautiful home! Thanks for the wonderful memories! Sunderland Family

Great Everything

This property was absolutely amazing. Everytime I stepped into the backyard or onto the deck I was stunned by the beauty. We had a group of 37 people and it was a little crammed especially in the bunk room but it was worth it to be able to spend the time together. The slides were the highlight to everyone on the trip in addition to the cat that roams the property that we affectionately named Chi Chi. So many things included in the kitchen as far as dishware and appliances go that I dont think that I could even name. Beautiful location and beautiful home and close to Garden City.

Raspberry Ridge Lodge

Our family vacation was fantastic. This cabin had many amenities that made our trip so much fun. We had about 18 children that between the bunkhouse, slide, racket ball court, basketball court and movie theater kept themselves occupied for hours each day. Furnishings were very nice, the kitchen had everything we needed to accommodate 40 people. The view was absolutely fantastic, The sheets could use an upgrade and if that is all we can complain about it means a lot! We would like to thank the hosts for providing a great experience.

Great and amazing house

We loved this house

We loved the house. It was very clean and roomy. The kitchen had everything we needed for a Thanksgiving getaway wirh family. There was so much to do but one of our favorite things was playing wally ball. My only negative comments are that the internet was spotty and very slow, and the TV on the main level needs to be upgraded. It would have been nice to have a TV service like YouTube TV or Direct TV.

reunion and remembering

When I got to the door the first thing I heard was, "this house is awesome" and a child came running out to say. "it has slides in the House." The home was spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of places to relax and even grab a moment of quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, appliances (like a griddle and crock pot.)The only thing we never found was a potato peeler and kitchen scissors, and the knives could be sharpened We had 48 people of every age group. It was a reunion and celebration of life for our mom, (grandma and great grandma) and it ranks up there in terms of fun memories. "Best reunion ever." View was gorgeous. Pickleball tournament a great success. No beach access and if you want to go to North Beach state park you will want to make a reservations for weekends. Minnetonka cave nearby was a fun excursion. Check our the raspberry shakes in Garden City.

Amazing Property

This house is siply amazing! Very spacious and full of pleasant surprises. A ton of activities for kids and teens - from indoor volleyball court, to in-wall slide from top floor to basement, and movie theater room, there is something for everyone. Some of the bedrooms were cold at night, the heather did not seem to be able to warm up the entire house, but other than that, very nice stay!

A Little piece of HEAVEN on Earth !!!

From the minute you enter this amazing home, you can feel the love the owners have for this beautiful property !!! The square footage is incredible. We had 35 of us and there was so much room for all !! The kitchen was so fabulous and fun to prepare meals together. There was like 12 of us preparing meals and we had so much room. The bedrooms are private and cozy. The decks with the views were amazing. It was like an ocean view on Caribbean waters. We spent hours on the beach that was only minutes away. The fire pit was wonderful and fun. The movie room was so fun too. The children loved loved the slide. The list is endless of what it offers. We ran out of propane and the ice machine didn't work we're our only negatives. We will definitely rent it again. ❤️❤️

Bear lake family reunion

We loved it! The view was amazing. The eating and kitchen area were so perfect for our family of 50. The only problems for that number of people was the sleeping arrangements. A few things were broken before we got there that would have been nice to enjoy, but we get that things happen. We really had a wonderful time and the slide kept the kids entertained for hours. So many fun things in the area to do with families. Just love the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The design, layout and amenities were outstanding--especially the racquet ball court.

Beautiful and convenient access to Bear Lake, with an impressive over-look of Bear Lake. Beautiful home and a wonderful lay-out for mixed age groups in a family.

Amazing home!

Amazing

I have rented many houses in the Bear Lake area over the years. This by far was the best one. The house is amazing in every way. But its also functional. I have never rented a house in which the kitchen was so well stalked and all the appliances worked. Usually the stoves have one or two burners that works or the oven burns everything. But this was great. You can tell that it was very well maintained and a well loved house with a lot of high end features. I will definitely rent this one again.
