- House composed of two independent bedrooms with private bathroom, for each of them, located at the water level overlooking the rear port of Léchiagat,
upstairs a large living room, fully equipped kitchen lounge, overlooking a large
terrace facing south, out of sight.

Two additional beds are possible at the living room level.
