Aucun accueil ni à l'arrivée ni pendant le séjourLa maison n'avait pas été chauffée et nous avons eu très froid le premier jour. De l'eau coulait sur l'intérieur des fenêtres à notre arrivée et la table de salle à manger était recouverte de moisissures.La pomme de douche dans chambre principale était inutilisable car elle s'arrachait avec la pression de l'eau.Le ménage quand à lui laissait à désirer : plusieurs ustensiles de cuisine ont du être lavés avant utilisation car ils avaient été rangés sales. Notamment les plaques du four.

Wir haben uns in der geräumigen und gut ausgestatteten Villa rundum wohl gefühlt und würden definitiv wieder kommen. Der Pool und die Aussicht aus den Panoramafenstern sind bemerkenswert.

Lieu magnifique avec très belle vue sur les étangs...mais prestations déplorables et aucun entretien !Pas d'accueil, pas d'information sur le fonctionnement de la maison, pas de climatisation dans les chambres (en service seulement en Juillet/Août d'après les propriétaires), piscine inutilisable (système de filtration en alerte et traitement PH vide!), aucun appareil petit électroménager (mixeur...), four en panne (petit four d'appoint en dépannage), cafetière complètement entartrée (37 mn pour faire un café...), grille pain avec thermostat cassé (pain toujours brulé), pas de clé sur les chambres, nombreuses ampoules cassées dans les chambres et SdB, etc.En l'état ce bien est tout sauf "une villa de luxe" comme cela est indiqué dans l'annonce, sans parler des autres prestations telle que la climatisation ou la piscine qui ne sont pas utilisables.A éviter...

On a passé un très bon séjour dans la villa. La vue est très belle, c’est un coin calme. C’est spacieux et bien équipé. Seul petit bémol l’entretien de la piscine, nous avons eu accès à une epuisette uniquement le dernier jour de notre séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’extérieur avec la piscine et la piste de pétanque sont top. La maison est un peu déséquilibrée. La chambre en bas avec la salle de bain est magnifique, à l’étage 2 chambres sont bien mais 2 sont en dessous et les salles de bain ne sont pas à la hauteur d’une maison affichée luxe. Le mobilier, les chaises en particulier ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce standing et la propreté n’était pas irréprochable. Le four encastré ne fonctionne pas mais un four d’appoint est posé sur le plan de travail avec un grill pain qui ne fonctionne pas non plus. La barbecue tombe en ruine, il tient par des serres câbles et la rouille le perce gravement à plusieurs endroits, il est limite dangereux. La maison est agréable, vraiment, mais manque un peu d’entretien.

The villa and location are perfect, car advisable. View is fantastic. Very comfortable with many facilities. We have absolutely no negative comments. Even when we had an issue with the car which made leaving at the end of our stay difficult, owner was extremely accommodating. Thankyou.

Superbe villa avec une vue imprenable

Villa bien placée à Fitou avec une vue dégagée sur l'étang de Leucate et la mer derrière. Leucate se trouve à environ 10/15min en voiture. La piscine et le terrain de pétanque nous ont fait passer de bon moments en famille.
