Beautiful & Spacious Westside Townhouse, Sleeps 8 w/ A/C.

Smartly decorated and comfortable townhome in the southwest area of Flagstaff. Close to NAU and major routes to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, AZ Snowbowl, and downtown. The primary suite has a king bed and full bath. The second bedroom also has a king bed, and the third bedroom has 2 queen beds. The downstairs den/living room offers a queen sleepover sofa. Cozy up to the gas fireplace in the living room. We offer internet-enabled TV and direct TV channels. Covered patio and large backyard with a gas fireplace and grill. This home DOES offer central heat and air conditioning. *Please be advised that the driveway is very steep and may not be accessible to some low-profile vehicles. There is no street parking available for this unit. We have a snow removal service but guests are expected to help maintain access during their stays. *All the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, must use stairs to access.

Great Rental
We booked as a last minute getaway and were very happy with the property, location, and communication with property management company. They made it so easy and sent all info that was needed prior to arrival. The property was really clean, beautiful, and well stocked with items you would want and need for your stay. Beautiful and Spacious Home Near Flagstaff
The house looked exactly as pictured. It was clean and very well maintained. Lots of plates, cups, utensils - large, clean, comfortable beds - and plenty of towels. It's nice that there was a washer and dryer available to use. It's a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Very relaxing! And less than 10 minutes into Flagstaff where there's lots of dining and activity options. We stayed here and took day trips to the Grand Canyon, Painted Desert NP, Wupatki NP, Meteor Crater, Sedona, and Antelope Canyon. Also, the property manager was responsive, and maintenance was quick to come out when we had an issue with the A/C. I highly recommend this property!

Good Home Base
The house was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed. It was easy to gain access. The driveway is steep but we backed into the garage and that helped. The two king beds had foam toppers which caused us to sleep hot. The queen beds in the third bedroom did not have foam toppers and were very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. Overall, a very nice place.

Clean and cozy!
The townhome was exactly as listed. Extremely clean and setup well for our family. All TVs are connected to the internet and have YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, etc. A nice gas fireplace in the great room makes for a cozy night! The townhome is in a really nice community. The only downside, which is not the owner’s fault, is that the driveway is really steep. Unfortunately street parking is strictly prohibited. Our Honda Odyssey scraped the ground pretty hard pulling into the garage.

Amazing place to stay!
My family stayed here as a homebase for our adventures into northern Arizona. This townhouse was absolutely amazing. It was exactly as the listing described. The house was decorated so nicely, and had all of those little touches that you truly appreciate, such as having bedside tables with lamps on them and electrical outlets, close by to recharge all of your items. The kitchen was more than adequate lease docked for us to be able to cook while we were there. The bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of bath towels. Loved that there was a washer and dryer we could through our clothes into after a dusty day of hiking. We would strongly recommend this to others to stay and look forward to coming back and visiting again in the near future.

Such a beautiful vacation spot! Great floor plan, everyone felt like they had their own space. House was fully stocked even for the kids and having a fenced yard to play in was a plus! Location was perfect, close to just about everything you needed. Look forward to our next visit!

What a great house to relax in!
We enjoyed the house very much. Tissues and soap around the house is so thoughtful. The fireplace is so cozy. One of our only complaints is the driveway. We couldn’t figure out how to park our minivan without scraping the bottom. One of the comforters had some stains on it. We couldn’t tell if it was freshly cleaned, so we just took it off the bed. Lovely house. Thank you for sharing!

Perfect distance
The distance to places is perfect. This home is great! Lots of room and relaxing. Neighbor is lovely. The fireplace inside was a great place to sit and relax. You just flip a switch. Definitely would rent again.

Perfect location
We had a great stay. It had plenty of room, dishes and utensils, cooking equipment that we needed. All the levels were great for our teens and located near Snowbowl, food, NAU and movie/mall. It was comfortable and we will be back. The driveway is a little tricky with snow and needed our 4 WD truck to get up the incline. No overflow parking that we were aware of and not sure what would have happened if we didn’t get truck in garage. Regardless, such a great stay and thank you!

Amazing house but issues if it's snowing or icy
My wife and two daughters stayed at this house in early Dec as we were in town for the North Pole Experience and Polar Express train ride. The location is fantastic and the inside of the house is even better. It's a perfect home for a family and we were never cramped at all. Kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need and I even used the grill in the backyard and it worked perfectly. The only negative thing I have to say goes along with what previous renters have said...the driveway is incredibly steep! My 5-year-old was not even able to walk up the driveway. As long as you are careful going up and coming down (i.e. going at an angle to avoid bottoming out) you'll be ok as long as you're in an SUV. We ended up getting snow the first night we stayed there all throughout the night and with that came a fresh coat on the driveway. Not only did I have an extremely hard time shoveling the driveway due to the steepness, but it was very scary having to back out that day. Luckily there was a bag of salt and after salting the driveway I was able to get our car down safely with minimal sliding. It was very tense! My wife and I have both said that this house would be the house we rent every time we travel to Flagstaff if not for the driveway. If no snow is to be expected then this home is perfect, even with the driveway.

Perfect location for getting around Flagstaff!
This townhouse is beautifully decorated, quiet, has plenty of dishes and kitchen needs. The 3-4 different levels make it very private and the 2 1/2 bathrooms are an added plus. The only struggle for us is the driveway and garage issue. We tried to get our medium sized suv up the driveway, but the suv scraped on the bumpers even when trying at an angle. Our other friends had a car that could make it onto the driveway, but not over the hump into the garage. It’s possible with the right car…. There is not a place for overflow parking and not sure what to do in the winter to get off the street. Check out Fat Olives for dinner and great places to walk in neighborhoods.
