The neighborhood was really nice, went on nightly walks and felt safe. The house was quiet, clean and beautiful. Loved the shower! The pool table came in handy when our NAU son came over to hang out. Location is close to downtown Flagstaff, Sedona and The Grand Canyon. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great time staying in the rental with family to visit out NAU kids. Lots of bed space and the four bathrooms was great too. Super comfy beds, lots of blankets for a chilly night with snow. Loved the pool table especially and the well stocked kitchen for meals. This was a great neighborhood for walks in the morning Would highly recommend!

Got to celebrate by spending the weekend up in flagstaff! House was very clean and a ton of room for everyone. This house is even better than the photos! Everyone was very happy with their stay:)

The house was clean, new and had enough space for everyone. It was very comfortable. The only problem was the check in, host waited until last minute for entry instructions and was a stickler about time. Never had that happen before with any rentals
