Great location - just as described
The house was a perfect location for our trip north to the Grand Canyon or south to Sedona. Having a garage was a nice bonus. The playground across the street was great for the kids. The place was just as described and communication with owners was easy and very quick. We would recommend this place for anyone else and would stay at the location again.

Great place for a quick stay!
Our family of 5 enjoyed the house, as the space was great for us. It was close to the Flagstaff downtown district, as well as a good location for the hour+ drive to the Grand Canyon. Would recommend again!

Wonderful Place!
This is a great home. Kate was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The home is closely located to all of the convenience that Flagstaff has to offer. It was about 1-hour drive to the Grand Canyon. We fully recommend a stay at this home.

Loved everything about it! We just had a little trouble regulating temp upstairs .. it was a little toasty but it was probably my own inability to figure out thermostats. Thank you !

Clean, comfortable and beautiful.
This home was great for my family. There was plenty space to spread out and be together all at the same time. Great quit neighborhood. Plenty to do in the area even though many places were closed due to Christmas. Everything felt clean and cozy. Check in process was easy. The property manager was very communicative. She was able to answer any questions I had and even suggested a few things to do in the area when asked. Only thing, the property said there was a fire pit outside but we searched the property and didn’t find one. Kids were bummed they didn’t get to do roasted marshmallows. We would love to come back and stay time and time again.

Family Vacation
Spent a couple of nights in Flagstaff and this was a great place. Close to town in a nice neighborhood. Everything was clean and the owner was quick to respond.

Cute peaceful Home
We had such a good time, here at this cute little house. Everything was kid friendly and available. Their is a park across the street that was a plus for my family having toddlers. The Lil court yard was nice to sit and relax. We hope to stay again in the future.

Great Family vacation
Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Flagstaff property! It was a great central location to all the area attractions that we wanted to see throughout the week. The home had great ammenties too...even coolers and water bottles to pack for our several hikes!

Spacious home!

Perfect Home away in Flagstaff
We absolutely loved our stay here. The property is very clean and in excellent condition. Very cozy. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s also in a great location; and a quiet neighborhood. Our grandson enjoyed the park across the street. It’s a short drive to the Grand Canyon and to the Aquarium in Scottsdale.

Home is welcoming and comfy. Nice decor. Everything was neat and clean. Felt sanitized and safe during these unknown times. Beds were cozy. One note...bunk bed was super squeeky and loud at every movement. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much!!!! Thanks for a great stay in Flagstaff!

Fun but,
We had a great time. We booked this property because we were celebrating birthday with another couple. When we arrived, they decided to give us the Master bedroom which was great. The guest room, on the other hand was not. The mattress was so uncomfortable they decided to stay in the room with the bank beds. In the middle of the night, they were contemplating getting a hotel room. That's how uncomfortable they were. We felt really bad. They next night, the used the extra mattress that was in the Master bedroom closet, and that worked out a little better. The house itself was very clean.

Gayleen, I'm so sorry to hear about your guest's issue with the Queen room. Both the master and the Queen room actually have the exact same mattress which is a Brooklyn Bedding luxury mattress. So while you clearly liked the mattress, your guests did not. But I understand that mattresses are a personal preference and soom people like a really firm mattress.

First time bringing the kids to see snow!
The property was absolutely amazing! It was so close to everything and with the park right across the street it made a great place to bring the little ones when we weren’t out and about! The owners were so diligent in responding to various questions and had the place spotless and packed with everything you would need to make it your home for the time you’re there! Would absolutely recommend!

Such a FANTASTIC place!!
We were so impressed with our vacation rental! This property was in a great neighborhood and was so close to stores and restaurants. The house was so clean, beautiful and spacious! We all had our own rooms and had enough room to spread out in the living area. The cabinets were completely stocked with cups, plates, utensils, cookware and anything else you would need. We enjoyed the outdoor patio area and it was nice to have a small firepit as well, which was stocked with wood for burning!! The pillows, comforters, mattresses were all high end and we all slept so well! The owners were so easy to get ahold of and were very nice and kind people. We were only there for a weekend to attend my daughter's wedding at The Grand Canyon, but wished were were there longer to enjoy this fabulous house! We looked at a lot of properties on VRBO, but could not find many that had air conditioning and that was one of the reasons we chose this property. This is such a fabulous house and in such a great location, we hope to come back again in the future to explore the Flagstaff area.

Two suggestions: the master bedroom water closet needs window blinds. The window looks directly into the neighbors home. Also, the kitchen has no strainer so making pasta was a challenge.
