Clean and comfortable bed and room. Very nice staff. Great price. Would definitely stay there again. You can hear the train, but that didn't bother either of us. May bother some.

Staff is not customer service oriented. Also please consider this area because the train comes thru seems like every 20 minutes all day and night long. Bathroom was small and water pressure was subpar. Do not recommend this place at all just based on customer service.

You definitely get what you pay for, it’s a cheap place to stay for sure.. There was hair in the bed sheets so I doubt the sheets were washed before we got there. Bugs in the window seal. We were charged an extra fee for our 3 year old son.. we had to share 2 pillows amongst the 3 of us.. if you’re going to charge an extra fee for toddlers at least offer an extra pillow lol.

The bath tub in 17 had been refinished but there are lots of raised bumps all over the surface that aren't sharp but you can feel them and it wasn't comfortable.

The room was clean and staff at check in was great! Located right by train tracks so recommend bringing a white noise machine for while sleeping. Great location and enjoyed the local cafe down the street! Woke up 2 times in the night smelling very strong weed! When we checked out, the cleaning crew were standing outside our door smoking weed!! Have some respect for the public and your guests!

Sometimes I need a reminder that “you get what you pay for”. Well I just got one! First off I’ve no complaints with the staff. They were friendly and helpful. Even offered me a towel to put by my door as it was raining/snowing when I got there. 5 star interaction there. Now for the room. I do have to say it was clean. They apparently doused the entire room with an incredibly strong cleaning solution. But hey can’t complain too much about the smell since it means they did a thorough job cleaning right? Well maybe that’s true, but on day number 2 the fumes had mostly cleared out, but then I could get an idea of why they soaked the place in solution as some smell was coming forward. Part of it seemed like 20 year old smoke that got imbedded in the walls. The rest was just off. Not sure which I prefer— the generic yet industrial grade pine-sol or the absence of it. But I guess that’s already built into the “get what you pay for” situation. Now the main reason I’m only going 2 stars (rounded 1.5 actually) was the non-stop blare from the freight trains rumbling through all night. Obviously this is not the property’s responsibility. I just want to high light this for anyone who has any issues sleeping with intermittent horn blasts. Only solace is the people at the Best Western next door got the same sound for double the price. 😂 Oh and Flagstaff is a cool town well worth a visit. 😊

When we arrived, the room was spotless. Unfortunately, although there was no notice, there was not daily housekeeping service. Wish we’d known that so we didn’t throw the towels on the floor!

It’s was cold, took a couple hours to warm up. One of the towels looked dirty, like someone wiped their muddy shoes with it. When I was checking in, they said not to check in late because of reservations are not 24 hour. We just booked it like down the street because we weren’t sure if we were gonna spend the night or drive another 2.5 hrs. But, fyi, they will charge for late check ins.

The room and bathroom were dirty and uncomfortable. It was a dirty, roadside motel with no breakfast, and they charged us $320 (taking advantage of the fact that all the other places were full). They advertised queen-size beds, but they were only full-size. We had no other option but to stay there. It was a rip-off.
