Kick up your feet in the cozy living area, complete with an all-new fireplace and a comfortable brown couch. Cook up something delicious for you and your friends in the full kitchen with the appliances provided, then sit out on the patio area and soak up the sun of Arizona with a couple of good drinks in hand. Feel free to fire up the gas grill and throw some patties on for some American barbecue, then as the night comes to a close, settle down in your bed and slip under the covers for some good sleep.

We were hosting family and had an adult sister and elderly mother staying there. She loved sitting by the remote controlled fireplace! The unit is a little dated, but very very clean. Our main issues were with maintenance. When we arrived, we tried to open the sliding door where washer/dryer were located and it was already off the track. We tried to put it back on but could not. As we needed to get to dryer, we moved it. Without a strong family member, use would not have been possible. Notified immediately and never heard back. Mother says the second bedroom room door would not close properly. And there were only three chairs at the dining table! The kitchen was nicely appointed, but there was no coffee and creamer/sugar, which is fairly standard these days. And the entry code is very long! Little things that can be corrected reflects our rating. Value is good and would stay again with these fixes.

This place was perfect for our needs. It was immaculately clean. The front door and rear sliding door could be opened to let the breeze blow through, which was nice. The view across the street from the balcony was nice as well. We had absolutely nothing to complain about! I would highly recommend this place.

We had a great time. The beds are stripped, towels on top of the washer. I tried to start the first load for you but the washer wouldn't turn on. Dishwasher is empty. Please have someone turn on the white fan in the 2nd bedroom, it's clattering. We still rate our stay 5 stars.

Overall condo was nice BUT we had mice. Told Vicasa reps to address it. Took a couple of days to get maintenance in and followup with a pest control person. Finally, Vicasa called and offered another condo available for the remainder of our stay which was good. Also, neighbor upstairs had heavy feet after I suggested to him to please be conscientious. No change in his habits.

Wonderful vacation home in Flagstaff!

We enjoyed our stay at your vacation property in Flagstaff. It had everything we needed & was very clean!! Great for seniors with no stairs. We didn’t have any issues so didn’t contact the property manager Great location & very quiet area!! Would definitely stay again Thanks!

Overall the place was comfortable and relaxing. There were a couple of deferred maintenance items that should be addressed.1- the outlets in both bathrooms do not work. It appears that the GFI in master bath is shot. 2- the lock on the slider is tricky. 3- the shower doors in master bath allow water to spill out onto floor and around the toilet.Loved the new fireplace.Thank you for the stay.

Needs some maintenance attention slow help

Upon arrival, the code provided to open the door did not work after multiple efforts by more than 1 individual. I called 2 different 'customer service' numbers provided, and after going through a lengthy phone tree for each, I could not reach a representative. So I texted the number provided for that purpose....and got a response 1-1/4 hours later!! Unacceptable! We'd driven many hours to get here, couldn't get in for quite some time, and tried 3 ways of contacting the management company. The house is pretty and clean, conveniently located and has some great features (the electronic fireplace, nice kitchen table, toiletries provided, and fluffy towels. However, there were quite a few items that were broken or not working:bedside table lamp can only be turned off and on by plugging/unplugging; could not lock the sliding glass door; one bedroom door is so poorly sized, it does not close - and the doorknob has almost fallen off!; two wall outlets we tried were not working; the cover on the detergent dispenser in the dishwasher is gone/missing; there are some missing "strips" on the vertical blinds, leaving open 'holes' when they are closed.And not as a negative, but please consider having a box of tissues available in the home.

Needs Maintenance & Thicker Walls & Floors

From the first night we checked in, the people in the upstairs condo constantly tromped loudly back and forth, there were repeated sounds of things crashing to the floor above us at all hours of the day AND night and what sounded like heavy furniture being scooted across the floor above us. The first few mornings at 4 AM we would be woken up by a vibrating alarm and a series of chimes that would continue for 30-45 minutes without being stopped. We did not want to cause problems for the owners, so we did not complain. Finally last night was our “we’ve had it point”, the loud bangs, dragging and dropping sounds got louder and continued through the night. My husband looked out the window and saw boards and trash being tossed down into the bushes below. Knowing that your agency asks its temporary tenants to be quiet during late evening and early morning hours, went outside and asked what on earth they were doing. They said they were renovating.
