The propane firepit on the large deck is the perfect place to cap the night under the stars with your crew.

• Minimum booking age: 25.
• The road to and from the property is maintained dirt/gravel and is private neighborhood property. It is accessible for walking and biking but not open to general public vehicle traffic.
• 4WD or AWD is required during winter months. Chains may be necessary during severe snowfall. Severe winter storms may temporarily limit accessibility.
• The property is not fully enclosed by a fence. Children and pets should be supervised at all times outdoors.
• Multiple decks are at varying heights. The top floor banister has railing wider than 4”. Adult supervision is strongly recommended in these areas.
• The large deck features a propane firepit with seating — available year-round and not subject to wood-burning fire restrictions.
• Fireplace availability is subject to local fire restriction orders. Guests will be notified of any active restrictions prior to arrival.
• There is no dedicated EV charger at this property. Please do not plug into household outlets, extension cords, or garage outlets without prior written host approval.
• Garage is not accessible to guests. Parking is available in the driveway.
• Direct national forest access is available from the back of the property for non-motorized use only.
• Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome with a $150 pet fee per stay. Please notify the host before arrival. Pets should not be left unattended in the home. Any damage will result in a claim. No other pet types permitted without prior host approval.
